Social media management

Vehicles · exhibit 02

The leader's presence is built and sustained across YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, websites and blogs. Trends are captured while they are still moving. Content is made for each platform rather than one post pushed out to all of them.

Political Intelligence Unit

Also on the programs page

A dedicated research team that works like an intelligence unit, from a separate war room. It scans the ground, takes influencer inputs, reads the day's news and files district-wise analysis. Constituency reporting comes back in a prescribed format.

Media management

Image building, and positive coverage across print, electronic and digital. Negative publicity is monitored rather than discovered late. Crises are handled at local, regional and national level.

Spider Networking survey system

Drawn in exhibit 01

The firm's proprietary survey network. It is built to reach every single booth, which is the unit every other instrument on this slate is planned in.

Micro-level booth management technology

See file 03

Booth management built on router technology. It is an IT-based connecting structure that runs down to every single vote, so the campaign is administered booth by booth rather than constituency-wide.

Booth-based content

Messaging is tailored to individual booths, not issued as blanket creative. The content follows what the booth's own research returns.

Research & development

Opinion polls conducted scientifically, and area research across the constituency. Perception audits on the sitting representative. Ticket-distribution feedback, reported as an assessment of candidate winnability.

Creatives for every medium

Social posts, print advertisements, posters, pamphlets, hoardings, banners, pole kiosks and activations. Each medium is produced for in its own format, from a phone screen to a hoarding.

On-ground activities

Filed on the slate as D3

Door-to-door work and household canvassing, road shows, rallies, public meetings, bike rallies and social-responsibility drives. This is the campaign the voter actually sees.

Centralised database management

One central database of voters and cadre, with a unique ID assigned to every record. The cadre is trained against it, then monitored and graded on what it delivers.

Campaign executors at every booth

Trained people at every single polling booth. Every booth on the map has a name against it, and that name is accountable for it on polling day.

Ground-level strategy

Activate, retain, recommend, engage. Voters are built from the grassroots up, the vote bank is held against rival attacks, and the voter is kept engaged until the vote is cast.

Paid advertising

Planning and buying across PR, print, broadcast and digital. The media plan is built with the campaign plan and bought against it.

File 03The survey network

The network reaches every single booth.

Spider Networking is the firm's proprietary survey network. It carries research in from the ground and instruction back out to it, through district and ward, down to the booth.

Under it run the three instruments that hold the booth: router-technology-based management connecting every single vote, a centralised voter and cadre database with unique IDs, and a trained executor standing at every polling booth.

File 04The vehicles

Print, electronic and digital — all three carried.

Image building and positive coverage run on every vehicle at once, with negative publicity monitored underneath and crises handled at local, regional and national level.
